Deborah, I believe the problem is most likely a result of the dosing times. Some patients’ bodies processes the cortef in about 6 hrs rather than the average of 8 hours. I’m convinced that if you give her her cortef at 6 am; 2 or 3 PM; and 10 PM, it will solve the problem. It would be worth a try.
