Those are questions I haven’t been able to get answered yet. I’ve given them to several doctors, but they never get them back to me. There is a "Questions for those with experience" and a "Basic factual questions" sections, but the last two sections I haven’t been able to answer. I really wanted to include a doctor’s answers to the "Questions for those with experience as well as doctors or nurses" but I may need to try completing it with only the answers we’ve already gotten on the message board.
