My 3 kids were all LOCAH and all diagnosed around age 5. They were ALL wonderful sleepers until they began Cortef. When they were in kindergarten & 1st/2nd grades, I remember their sleeplessness. My kids are now 16, 13 & age 10, and they are now all good sleepers again, maybe it just took a couple of years for them to adjust to the meds! Lots of physical exercise every day, a warm bath, warm milk, reading, cuddling were all good routines to prompt sleep. Even if they could not sleep, I still would never let them play or watch T.V. However, I would let them read in bed while waiting for their eyes to get droopy!! Good luck!!natalie
