I actually had this problem with my non-CAH daughter. And she’s still the same way...I think it just takes her a while to wind down. Now my SWCAH son, who is 20 months, is just starting this but he’s also cutting his 2 year molars and is a big cranky little kid :P So it could be something normal too. But to be on the safe side you might want to do some extra blood work. We also do bloodwork a month after upping his dosage and always 2 weeks before we see the doctor so she has all the information at hand on the appointment.  Good Luck!
