My husband is almost 49yrs old and since he was a kid he wakes up at night in agony from leg cramps from time to time.  He does not have CAH.   My 16yr daughter has gotten a few painful leg cramps at night and does have LOCAH.  I don’t think there is a connection to CAH & leg cramps.
