My daughter has SWCAH and used to get leg cramps when she was younger. The doctor chalked them up to growing pains. She’s 15 now and keeps getting severe hip and knee pains. We had x-rays recently and they found lesions on her bones. They call them fibronomas. Ever here of them? Anyway, they told me they usually go away, but they want to keep on eye on it. This is the second one she has had in a year. Opposite the one on her knee they found a fracture. I’m wondering if these fibronoma cause the bones to become weak? I’m also wondering what is causing the fibronomas?
