When my son was 3 1/2 years old, he would cry saying his legs were hurting.  We thought it was just growing pains.  It ended up being his medication was not working (high 17 hydroxyprogesterone levels) and his bone age was advancing rapidly.  By the time we figured it out, he was 3 1/2 with the bone age of a 6 year old.

If your daughter’s bloodwork results are normal, I would say it was just growing pains.
