I just reently had back pain and they put me on Dexamethasone (I’m a carrier but do not have CAH) - and when the doctor did that he said that it might muck with my sleep -

An adult friend who is adrenally insufficient (not CAH) said that if she oversupressed then it was like she’d had six cups of coffee -
