Hi,

I sent an email to all the group leaders in each state. I have an idea I hope will work out to help Cares.

I emailed the governor of my state (Indiana) to designate a "GENE" day for genetic disorders. Which would mean that all over the state of Indiana every employee would wear jeans(Blue Jeans) to work on that day and would have to make a donation for the cause.

I explained to him about Cares being the only foundation in the U.S. that represents CAH and about the fire. All money on this date would go to Cares. Then each year they could recognize a genetic disorder each year to receive the money or split between them. 

I have got very positive feedback on this. We would like to make the letter uniform for each state.  I’m going to follow up the email with an actual letter. I hope it works & I hear from him. I will not give up!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
