I am wondering if there is a time of day when parents of children with CAH or those who have CAH find the most tiring or difficult.  I have noticed a pattern as my son feels tired late afternoon, and seems to develop a headache.  This is every afternoon...... I am not sure if altering the timing of his dose would help. Has anyone else noticed this - if so what symptoms and at what time?  Thank you in advance.
