Iam SWCAH and I have had ulcers (gastritis), Hiatus Hernia, Stomach acidity(reflux) for over 8 years. I am on meds to help. I have to be very careful with what I EAT, NO ACIDS, NO NIGHTSHADES but I have another problem to deal with all this problems and what it is doing to my HEART and I am getting that checked out. So it will be interesting to see what connections there are with being on long term steriods all through my life. It is said that long term steriod use can also cause ulcers etc.

Have you had an Endoscopy to check on ulcers and IBS to rule out anything and give you a proper answer. My Endo didn’t believe it but my Gastro DR said that it is true steriod use causes damage. It is all part of CAH and life. We all have the bacteria in our body from birth and it reacts to some people and not others. I hope it gets sorted for you.
