I have SW-CAH and my 11 year old daughter (a carrier) had H.pylori last summer. They didn’t tie it to CAH (I didn’t volunteer that I had CAH either) and they said some people are susceptible to it. She was put on antibiotics for 21 days. She has been fine since.
