WOW, I’m a mother of 3 LOCAH kids with chronic, terrible headaches (I wake up with one), IBS (constipation & awful pain as if I was in labor); acid reflux (I take 2 Nexium and a couple chewables at night); and an ulcer.   I was told that my ulcer was caused from the Motrin, however I barely have a day I don’t have a blinding headache (my headache cocktail is 2 Motrin and 1/2 Excedrin - caffiene really bothers my tummy so I only take 1/2 of one pill).   They say my constipation is caused by my antidepressent because extra serotonin can paralyze the little fibers in your colon that push the poop out.  The colon pain is caused from IBS and my headaches are caused by stress (who doesn’t have stress whether you have 3 kids w/ LOCAH or not!!).  Actually I do not have constipation anymore (so that is not causing the colon pain) because every day I take an AMAZING fiber supplement.  If anyone needs one it is called Herbal Fiberblend by AIM.  It takes yucky, but is healthy and works great!  I wonder if any of this has to do with being a carrier????? Tom and I are having genetic testing performed in a few weeks, so hopefully that will reveal something.  Also, I’m scheduled to have a colonoscopy and EDG.  I think they should just do a pap test at the same time -- I’ll be knocked out and they might as well as check out every orafice while I’m in there!!! ha ha ha!!
