re: Solu-cortef shots -- please help CAH families in Japan

I can’t imagine not using the Solu-Cortef. Our doctor explained it’s use as a "stop gap" measure to help stabilize our child so we can get him or her (we have two with CAH) to the emergency room. But there have been times that the Solu-Cortef was the treatment that allowed them to get better, without a visit to the emergency room. Not having Solu-Cortef would be like living 25 miles from any medical facility, and not having a car. It’s simply not very safe.
