hi we are in South Africa and have a four month old daughter with CAH we have been to see a proffesor of gynacology who suggested surgury at 3 years old to normalise genitals and reduce the clitoris and again just before puberty to open the vagina.is there any one out there that has any advise or has been through this themselves or with thier children
