Stippy:  My 3 children were diagnosed with LOCAH at the ages of 5yrs.  My oldest daughter, 16yrs old, has also developed PCOS, depression and weight gain.  We have had genetic testing recently and it revealed that 2 of my children actually have a rather new combination of mutations.  They have 1 late on-set gene and 1 simple virilizing gene.  Virilizing has caused a little bit of abnormalities in their genetalia.  My 3rd child may not even have LOCAH or anything.  So far, they can only find 1 late on-set gene.
