re: Balm for eczema

Also, I have bought lotion from Walgreens/Walmart pharmacy (its not a prescription) called Amlactin.  It works great on ezema as well.  However, it is not natural.

I’d be glad to share my balm recipie: 3/4 lb of Shea butter, a couple of big squirts of Almond/Grapeseed/Jojoba oils, some large drops of Vit E oil and a few tiny drops of Peppermint oil (I love that smell).  I warm it all up in a pan on a very low fire, whip it a little, then pour it into little containers.  Let it cool on the counter.  You can add any oils you would like, however, make sure they are all essential/natural oils.  I get all of mine from a health food store.  I’ve tried different scents, jasmine, grapefruit, etc. instead of peppermint from time to time.  Just add a few drops of whatever scent appeals to you!!  Let me know if you have any questions!!
