I noted that someone mentioned using a pump to administer Cortef.  Can you tell me more about that?  Does the child have to have a hickman-like needle inserted?  Do they carry a bag of liquid Cortef around, attached to them somehow?   We get labs at least every 3months and sometimes 4weeks, we are constantly changing dose; does the pump help them stay regulated better?  Is it mainly used for salt wasters?  Has it helped with overall energy & weight?
