My daughter is 5 1/2, and has been wearing hers since she was 3 months old.  Her bracelet says:  Adrenal insufficiency.  Treat with hydroncortisone.

Most people do not know what Congenital Adrenal Hyperplasia is, that’s why we had adrenal insufficiency put on it.
