Diana:  my 3 children, began Cortef when they turned 5 when they were diagnosed with LOCAH.  Between them we have used Cortef for 11 years now.  Before age 5 or after, they were never tiny, except Quinn has been one of the smallest in her class even now at age 13.  My 2 oldest actually quit growing at the ages of 12 which we began GH injections.  My honest feeling is that they were oversuppressed for years, but there is no actual proof, which doesn’t matter because they have grown just fine with the GH injections.  My oldest daughter, now 16 has reached a height of 5’4" which is perfect!
