My son Brayden (SWCAH) is 18 1/2 months old and weighs 17 lbs 3 oz, and is around 28 inches tall.  He takes 1/2 Cortef in the morning, 1/4 afternoon, and 1/2 bedtime ( 5 mg pill).  He also takes 1/2 of a 0.1 mg Florinef pill at bedtime . I’ve heard that the Circadium dosing seems to help children who arent growing well...but my son’s endo pretty much blows it off. I may take the leap one day and start my son on it regardless.
