Hello everyone,

My screen name is Steph and  I have been living with SWCAH since birth, 22 years ago. I created this site (visit link below) for people to read the real thoughts and feelings of a Canadian female dealing with CAH. I must say the thoughts are very random and make more sense to me than anyone else but maybe reading it people will get their thoughts rolling. Please read the blog written at teh very bottom of the page first, as the newest ones appear at the top.

I would like to say this page is mainly for me to release my thoughts but I figured I could also share them with people like me so maybe they will not feel alone with the many thoughts that they may have.
