Thank you for sharing your most intimate thoughts about your sexuality and CAH.
For some of us older folks we are just not as open minded as the NEW generation with sharing candid views and opinions about our sexual experiences. From some you may get expressions of shock and surprise.
I personally think that with this disorder and for younger people to have someplace to go to read things like you have in your blog is VERY beneficial. It is no different than us sharing our ideas and feeling about our childrens health and welfare and questions concerning there longterm use of medications to surgeries FOR OR AGAINST. ALL of the information we gather from this board helps us in some way ...even if just to make us realize we are not in this alone. I think no one is in a position to judge another on a topic that they are writing to help themselves or others. We all would like to believe our little Johnny or Susie is going to grow up and NOT have any of the foregoing issues related with CAH. REALITY CHECK IS THAT IS NOT THE CASE! Your information is written well and gives us insight to what all of us Parents/ Grandparents /Young adults and families will possibly be experiencing some day. I guess a blog is nothing more than a computer diary that we all kept many years ago and would write in them every night to ease our fears and express our verbal tears and pain. I have diaries I kept in 1964 and when I read them to this day the pain and STORIES are as painful as if they were yesterday. The question I ask myself now when I read them is ....was I REALLY writing this for my eyes only? USUALLY NOT! So Blogging is a good thing and if it helps ANYONE at ANYTIME HOW can it be wrong?
Good Luck and Thanks for sharing. Wish I knew how to blog! I am still handwriting in my journal ! LOL
