You know you are cool but wanted to let you in on that surgery isn’t going to stop questions or comments by health care professsionals that could be ridicule or taken as ridicule.  If you would like me to tell more from resent experience - I will.

The chance and decesion about the surgery was taken away...see that is where the feelings about it are. Ownership of the area.

Just internal surgery for urinary tract issues is something else.

The hard thing for me and what destroyed me- is that all of this is "forced on" us as toddlers/ children.  And then all the focus of the genital exams - really had no need for the uterus as a child and the only ones that were always in my pants were the endo and the students. In Step’s Blog about playing doctor it makes me wonder if she got the idea from the CAH experience?
