Yes I agree Aimee - some do try hard and some not hard enough.  They get paid a lot of money too!!  Like mechanics there are good and bad - some have a quick look under the bonnet and pass the car, whilst others look, listen and try to fix problems.  The thing is we are not afraid to fight the mechanic who does not do his job properly but we are a doctor.  They have the added advantage that we can describe symptoms....
