I have to admit I’m nervous about when my daughter has to have an IV for dehydration or in the event we decide on surgery.  My son had a scope down his throat done at 3 and he was hysterical about the IV in his wrist.  Nothing would console him till the nurse removed it.  If any of you experienced this kind of reaction with your little ones, how did you handle it?  Thank you in advance for any responses.  My daughter is 22 months old.
