My 6 month old SWCAH son has been crying since Monday.  It is obvious he is having some form of pain.  He has been to the doctor 4 times this week and noone can come up with a cause.  He had a fever (up to 103.5) on Monday, but it only lasted 12 hours.  We tripled his dose for 24 hrs and doubled for 24 hrs.  His doctor and her associate have both checked his ears, eyes, nose, throat, stomach, everything with no answers.  They have done a strep test twice and a cbc twice.  I just went to get a stat electrolyte.   He has also started spitting up recently (not vomitting, just spit up) and I don’t know if this is significant. 

Does anyone have any advice to offer?  Could the triple/double dose make him hurt in some way?
