This is different than what anyone else posted but it worked for me. My dr said to keep your protein levels up to keep blood sugar from dropping and raising which gives roller coaster effect which causes the nausea. Protein helps keep blood sugar more steady. They advised snacking on peanuts and if you have crackers add a protein like cheese or peanut butter, string cheese, etc. but when it comes down to it do what ever works. Nausea ussually passes by the second trimester. Good luck!!Jill S
