My son who was four at the time had three cavities and his four front teeth were detearating cant spell. But they were gross they were breaking off and looked awful. We had to have them pulled out so now his four front teeth are missing and the ped dentist told me that his eye teeth i think that is it would come in about 7 years old. I feel bad for him but it looks so much better and they were really small too. But he had his cavities filled at the same time his four teeth were pulled.  But so far so good now. But that was when he was on prednisone for 4 years before we found a new peds endo doctor and she switched him to cortef tabs. So i hope my info helped some what. I wish you luck with your baby!!
