Since my kids have had CAH for 11 years, I have figured out the "signs" of when I believe they would need a dose increase.  One of the signs is the moodiness.  After our endo increases a dose, they always check labs again in 4 weeks to make sure that was the correct does.  If labs are then good, then we go the next 3 months, unless I do not notice any behavorial or physical changes.  Hang in there, you’ll get in a groove with your child!!
