Best of luck to you!!  Don’t give up hope!  I can’t answer your specific question in regards to CAH but I have 2 very close friends who didn’t find out they were pregnant until they were 5 months plus pregnant.   One of my friends had a "hunch" that she was pregnant.  She had already had a child and felt very much like when she was pregnant.  She is an RN for a trauma ER and would pee on a stick every day.  She went to her doc several times to find out what was going on and why she wasn’t having a period.  Finally at 5 1/2 months pregnant, the test came out positive.  My other friend has had problems all her life with her period and gets them 2 or 3 times a year.  Her docs told her she would probably never have a baby.  On a "hunch" she took a pregnancy test because when she went to the bathroom it "felt different".  Sure enough she went to the doc and they told her she was 5 months pregnant!  The first few tests though, came out negative.  I am happy to report that baby Riley is now 4 months old and happy as can be!  Baby Levi is now 17 months old and also happy and healthy.
