I don’t believe CAH affects PG tests. If you have the pregnancy hormone in your blood it should show on the test. I have SWCAH and have been trying to get pregnant for some time now. My meds are well controlled but it still isn’t happening.
I have had times when I have had all the symptoms of pregnancy and the tests still came back negative. I wonder if it has something to do with how our hormones work or something.

it’s not specifically for CAH but it’s really helped me deal with the infertility issues.
