I’ve finally had the results of my bone scan back and yes I have mild Osteoperosis. Not started any treatment yet. But it goes to show that a bone scan should be compulsery in cah. Some good news I’m coming of the anti depressants and things are looking up. Just need a good holiday now. Does anyone know a good site that give examples of a high calcium diet??.

Anyway don’t eat to many easter eggs. My daughter got 10 so I will be helping her to eat them lol.
