I am a 30 yr old female with CAH and I have noticed that when my meds are not completely right that I too suffer from varying degrees of depressive type feelings.

I can only make a suggestion and that is to be very compliant with your meds if you aren’t already and if you are then seek some kind of councelling maybe... I did and have.  CAH plays with your hormones and too much or too little steroid can tip you either way from Euphoria to deep depression. Another thing to consider is whether you are getting enough sleep to allow the body to operate properly and recharge your batteries.

I hope that this can help a bit and I do know how you feel. It would be interesting to know how old you are too as I suffered greatly between the ages 21 and 25.
