thanks for the info- I’m going to send the form in this month.
Jogging does wonders for my CAH and the side effects (weight bearing activity wonderful for the bones and is good for the soul & waist) and I have a need to up it to the ultimate. Plus more exercise then more"fuel" (chicken, rice) to eat Great way to round out the thryroid condition also- I’m a bouncing ball.
