We went through a similar thing except it was in the morning. From out of the blues my daughter hated to go to school and was very emotional. Everyonce in a while she was aggressive. When we finally had lab work done it was discovered that she had outgrown her dose. She had been on the liquid form of Hydrocortisone compounded weekly. Her dose went from 0.9cc three times a day to 2.5mg. three times a day. Talk about a big change. We also cut her florinef in half. She was on a pill daily. After about two weeks we saw the biggest difference ever. I now have my little girl back, It’s wonderful. Thank God!!! Like you said one moment she was having a meltdown and after a while it everything was just fine.
