Assuming that Covocort is the same strength as Cortef it does sound like your daughter is on too much.  Of course, I am not a doctor.  Do you have her levels for 17ohp (between 300-1000 is good control) and androstiendione?  these can tell you if she is oversuppressed or not.  My daughter as a baby was oversuppressed.  She stopped growing in both weight and height, she slept horribly, was cranky and had a huge round puffy face.  Now my daughter is on 9mg Cortef/day.  When she was 3 months  old the liquid cortef was recalled and she was put on pills but our old endo didn’t think I could quarter them so he increased her dosage to 10mg (even though she was already oversuppressed!).  As a baby that was way too much for her.  Needless to say we switched endos who reduced her meds several times and I quarter them still just fine thankyou!  As she’s gotten older her dosage has increased with growth.  She started growing and gaining weight and has been steady at 75 % in both height and weight.  Take care, Julia
