My daughter and her 20mths SWCAH daughter will be traveling soon to Haiti to complete her adoption, due to new rules in Haiti she will need to bring her daughter and will probably need to stay a full week, prior to the new rule it would have been 3days 2nights.  My concern is how to keep her SOLU-CORTEF med cool.  Haiti is extremely hot 95degrees average and not alot of access to refrigeration.  They will be spending alot of that time in the heat of the day.  Any ideas would be great and thank you all.  Shireen
