We live in Oklahoma and it gets fairly hot here. To save money we use a window fan until the heat becomes unbearable. Even then, there are times the air-conditioner simply can’t handle the heat and the house (we live in a mobile home) will heat up. It’s often as high as 90 degrees inside in the summer time. We’ve never tried to keep the Cortef or Florinef cooler than the house is, and we’ve never had any problems with it. But, we’ve never let it get hotter than 90 before doing something to cool the house off.

You could take a thermos and keep the meds inside it. You could even put a thermometer in there with it to monitor the temperature.
