Is she running a fever? If the temp is >100.4 but <101.0 then double the dose of Cortef.  If the temp >101.0 then triple the dose. Remember to double or triple the dose for a 24 hour period.

I stress dose if my baby is running a fever, or if I feel my baby is sick enough for Tylenol or Motrin (I do not give extra medicine very often).
