Depending on your insurance company, you may have to get it filled through their mail-order company. I have Aetna and all injectables have to be filled through their company. The good thing is there is usually no co-pay to get it from them.
I would call your insurance company and ask them why you can’t fill the prescription. They will direct you. If that doesn’t work, call your endo.
