We had problems once getting the right strength of Solu-Cortef. There was some shortage - but we got a different strength solu-cortef and my doctor had to re-do the amt to give based on the mg strenth the pharmacy had. You might see if the Solu-Cortef is available in a different mg strength and then your dr can do the math to get the correct dosage for your child.
