Am I right in my assumption that children having vaginaplasty no longer use dialators in childhood?  I thought no dialation is done till they are at least in their teens.  I just read a medical site that said dialators is recomended right after surgery and during childhood.  Please enlighten me,  parents who’s children have recently had vaginaplasty.  I don’t want this to turn into a discussion of who’s right and wrong.  I just want to know what the current method is in this area.
