Hi,

I’m diagnosed with CAH/PCOS since about 10 years. Therefore I’m taking a dose of 0.375 mg Dexamethasone.

While I’m often travelling Europe/USA/Europe I developed some sleep disorders caused by the jet lag. Therefore I’d like to take Melatonin, but there’s an advice on it’s front "do not take together with corticosteroids".

Do you think it’s possible to take them both together?
