In rare instances, yes. I know that Dr. New published a case report on one case of this, tho I don’t remember the surrounding circumstances at the moment (tho I do remember the mother had not been on dex)
There have also been a few documented cases in a couple of families in Denmark where there is a family history of CAH as well as AIS (Androgen insensitivity syndrome). There were a couple of girls born with CAH also had AIS, so the high levels of androgens did not affect their genital development.
