I have 2 daughters with CAH and both suffered from constipation, the oldest having the worst problems.  I breastfed and bottle fed the first and only breast for the second. I was given a mild laxative from the GP which I had to use when it was bad, otherwise I tried every natural remedy suggested, i.e pure orange in water, prune juice, etc.  I do think that there was a link with CAH.  They both have grown out of it before the first year.
