My daughter classic non-sw CAH was born with a slightly enlarged clitoris, but it was still in the normal range. That is why she wasn’t diagnosed until almost age 5 years. As she got older "everything" grew. After the age of 2 she didn’t get examined down there by her ped and that is when all the growing began. At about age 1 I did bring it to the doctors attention, but she said it was normal. Then, just before age 5, we noticed pubic hair and flew to the doctor. She said "when did this happen"! Needless to say, we switched doctors immediately and began seeing an endo.
