I don’t know, but .25 seems like a high dose of Florinef to me.  My daughter takes 0.1 mg and once her dr tried increasing it to 0.2 mg.  For a number of reasons I contacted Dr. Claude Migeon at Johns Hopkins and he told me he would never give  a patient as much as .2 and to drop her back to .1 immediately and call her dr and tell her he had advised me to do so,
