Hi Jane I discussed this with my son’s endo and has said he is not aware of any interactions between corticosteroids and Melatonin, this has also been confirmed by another endocrinologist.  I can say my son has been taking it every night for almost 2 years and the control of his SWCAH is good. He needs to take it at least an hour before going to bed.  I hope this helps.
