re: chicken pox?

My daughter that has SWCAH and is eight had them before Christmas. She was given the vaccine when she was a toddler. We did not stress dose. She didn’t even have a fever so we were lucky. She had about 40 last count. The best treatment we found was Aveno Oatmeal Bath packets. They worked wonders!!!!

I would double check though to make really sure they are the pox. it sounds like them especially since there was a case at school. It is highly contagious. But I would check this and make sure because it could be part of the virus she has too. They say any rash on children are either caused by a bug or a drug. Could be strep, or now rosiola (sp?) that form of strep that presents itself as a rash on the abdomen.  Let us know how that patient is. I am itching now just thinking about it.
